Hi
I have changed the host and transferred my joomla site to the new host which is perfectly working. However, the chat is not working. I can see logged in people but when clicked nothing happens. I went through the documentation and checked that the system plugin is enabled. I have disabled and enabled it again but the problem is not fixed. Is there anything else i need to check....? There is no change in the site....if it was working with the previous host it should be working with the new host....is there anything which is blocking at server....?
