Change the Course Creator?

I just realized that once I (as an admin) create a course, I can't change the course so that it reflects the actual teacher. This is a MUST HAVE function. As of now, I'll have to go into the database and change it to test it since I don't want to have to sign in as each teacher to set up new courses (and I don't even want the teachers accessing the admin area if I can help it). I'm really starting to wonder if I'll have to shelve this for now and go back to moodle
