Cannot edit Spanish Language

Hi, I have an installation of Quick2cart and I installed the Spanish language, and works well, but as this completely, edit and complete and then I install it again, but not recognized, is passed to the English.
I've tried all modes, with the installer, FTP and always the same, with the original installation works but not the edited works ¿?.
