Download package from "My Subscriptions" at http://techjoomla.com

Install it directly from Joomla installer. It will automatically install the following

Core

1. People Suggest module.
2. Recommend Friends community type plugin
3. People Suggest Component

Helper / Libraries needed for People Suggest

1. Framework on Framework (FOF)
2. TechJoomla Strapper

People Suggest is ready to be configured. Go to the configuration to configure your People Suggest installation.
