The JTicketing Booking process is available on the event details page or you can publish JTicketing Buy Tickets module on the event detail page.
The JTicketing Buy Tickets module will be seen in the front end as follows:
This module will show 'Ticket Type', 'Price' and 'Available Tickets' for the event. The user can buy tickets for the event from this module or event details page. After entering the number of tickets, the amount to pay will be displayed in "Total Price". When clicking on 'Book Ticket' button the user will be going to the checkout flow and it will be the max four-step checkout process to complete the order as below:
The ticket details for the event will be displayed.
- After clicking on 'Book Ticket' button following page will be shown.
- Enter No. of Tickets per event.
- Apply coupon discount if you have a coupon.
- Click on 'Save&Next'
- If the collect attendee information setting is on from the Backend JTicketing configuration then the user will be able to collect attendee information as below:
- Fill all the required fields and click on the 'Save&Next' button.
- The user will be able to fill billing information as below:
- Fill all the required fields and click on the 'Save&Next' button.
- The user will be able to select payment gateway as below:
- After selecting payment gateway in the payment gateway list the respective payment gateway form will be shown.
- Fill all the required payment gateway information and confirm your order.
