Note- Refund will be processed through the same selected payment gateway that was used for completing the purchase. Payment will not be refunded through any other payment gateway.
We issue refunds if:
- Refund is requested within 30 days since the date of your purchase.
- Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
- Refund would be denied in abuse cases.
We do not issue refunds if:
- You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website.
- You do not give a chance to our support team to help out on any issues you might have.
- You paid by Paypal Echeck or similar where payment takes a long time & you could not get our product in time due to that.
Before filing for Refund
We are always there to reimburse the amount equivalent to the cost of a product returned by our customers. We do so by reversing the flow of amount back to the customer’s account in his or her bank. We offer to refund the exact amount, which was charged on the purchase of a product, to the customer. If you are dissatisfied for any reason which has initiated to ask for Refund, please let us know via a support ticket.
*Note that refunds might take upto 48 hours to be processed after the refund request has been discussed and accepted.
