Installation and Configuration help

someone help me to fix this., i installed and designed the mail layout (the default template and minor changes), installed some additional plugins and they are public., i'm receiving mails like this

with subject Cron <success@bulgar> http://sitename.com.au/index.php?option=com_jmailalerts&view=emails&tmpl=component&task=processMailAlerts&pkey=xxxxxxxxxxxxx
