Qualification - MBA (HR) / DBM / PGDBM / MPM

 

Experience - Fresher to 1 year experienced. Any experience in IT industry is an added advantage.

 

Key Responsibility Areas –

  1. Hiring right candidate within specified timeline

  2. Designing Hiring campaign

  3. Planning Hiring sprints

  4. Resume digging and screening

  5. Mailing and conducting telephonic rounds for interviewing

  6. Scheduling Interviews

  7. Preparing tests

  8. Conducting tests

  9. Negotiations

  10. Joining formalities

Essentials Skills -

1. Must be passionate about people management

2. Must have knowledge of hiring practices and standards

3. Must be excellent in verbal and written communication

4. Must be proficient in English

5. Must have Problem solving & Analytical skills

6. Must possess ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines and high volume.
