People suggest 1.3.1 released

Hello all, we have released a bug-fix version of People Suggest.

 #15226  If we select the "Import fields" for suggestion preferences in backend,and user keep them blank in frontend ,the suggestions shown are in less in number than actual.
#15221  Clicking on "Recommend friends" on profile of a friend,shows blank page.
#15227  The "Suggest" button,in the pop up coming after clicking on "Recommend friends" on profile of a friend,does nothing.
#15228  "Invitex" menu under the "Components" get changed to "People suggest" in backend,after installing People suggest.
