This is to inform you that I have never ever seen such kind of pathetic support from any other community. I had an issue with payment plugins for which I raised a topic in forum, I got no reply, no help.
I raised ticket (ticket #10543), I got no help, no reply.
I wrote a mail, I got no help, no reply.
Guys if you can't help with the problem, you can atleast reply saying that the problem can't be fixed from your end or this is your implementation issue. Trying so many times to reach you but your unconcern seems very disheartening.
