my settings: J3.3.4 / MailAlerts 2.5.1

In J!MailAlerts - Latest News I have set "count" to 12 - thus all subscribers get mails with max 12 articles. No I have added a new user - and he gets mails with all articles.

How can I define the max number of articles to 12 like all the others?
