Hi all,

I am still stuck on this...

I am selling a digital product, a PDF, through Quick2Cart. Customers go through the entire process and pay through PayPal. That's all fine.

However, many have complained that they have not received any details to download the PDF. I presume that the system emails them with a URL, but nothing is happening. The email server works fine.

How should the customer receive the PDF and where am I going wrong?
