Please advise about the sandbox suitability of the PayPal plugin for Jgive.

1. I tested it with a live Paypal account and it worked. $1 transfered successfully so the website is up to date and functioning
correctly.
2. With a valid test merchant account of testshopGL1@global-ledgers.com as the email in the plugin configuration and a valid
test account tester01@global-ledgers.com to login to paypal it only allows a login of a paypal test account and never
populates the transaction or returns to the webpage. It goes to and stays in the Paypal Accounts page.

3. However with a test merchant account of testshopGL1@global-ledgers.com as the email in the plugin configuration and
sandbox mode off then if you login in with a REAL paypal account it populates the plugin info and will transfer the $1
investment.

4 Then clicking on "return to coordinator" button takes us back to my webpage BUT there is no update of the donation
and its marked as pending.

Please advise what the paypal plugin is doing and what it expects when it is in "sandbox" mode as it seems not to be able to interface with PayPal.
