I that GeoLiteCity.dat is no longer available for download from MaxMind on this UPDATE page. I downloaded their package that replaced it. When I open the Zip file, I see various CSV files depending on language format, from what I'm seeing. Because Social Ads is looking for a .dat file. How do I incorporate the database if these file formats are in CSV format? Didn't not see this topic in this forum and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
