Good day. Let me preface that I am 1) Brand new to SocialAds 2) This is my very 1st post - Hope I use the correct terminology to describe my issue...

Background:
- Am using SocialAds v2.9
- Using Anacron
- Have created and published an "img" Sidebar Skyscraper 160x600 Zone; Layout 5 (Selected "Media" ad type)
- Corresponding Module for Sidebar Skyscraper 160x600 also created and published (position: sidebar-a)

Issue:
- In "Design Your Ad" section of client's site, Skyscraper ad does not display.
- Have also had "the-element-of-3rd-parameter-does-not-exists" error message display
