1. Which personal information Quick2Cart stores?
Quick2Cart collects some personal information of users while creating the store and while purchasing the products from the site.
Any detail that can reflect an individual person is personal data e.g Name, email, phone number, address, zip code, gender, date of birth, etc.
In Quick2Cart, there are primarily two places where you would be asking for your customer’s personal details:
- If you are using Quick2Cart as multi-vendor system then during store creation: Title, Address, City, Region, Country, Land mark, Pincode, Contact number, E-Mail, Logo, Company name, Payment detail
- During Product purchase - To generate the invoice of the purchase some personal data of customers is needed and is taken as input from the customers which is maintained against the order. It is also maintained to keep record of sales and to maintain the accounts, tax info etc according to the local tax laws: Customer Name, Email Address, VAT number, Billing and Shipping address, Land mark, City, Zip code, Country, State, Contact number and Customers IP Address (To ensure the security of site and to prevent abuse)
- Currency cookie - To get cart currency.
