JomSocial Network Suggestions on Social Networking Sites.
You can use this module to suggest logged in users, other people on the networking sites that best match their profile information. Since the admin can choose what fields to match, this has very exciting possibilities.
Case 1: General Interests: Choose fields like location (city/state/country), Interests, Profession etc., rather all fields that kind of define a user.
In this case the module will show the best matching users based on matching the respective fields of the user. This is best for general network suggestions.
Case 2: Location : Show users in the same city/ country/ zip code.
If the admin only chooses location fields like city, country,zip etc., then the module will show the logged in users best matching his location.
Case 3: Professional matching:
The admin should choose profession related fields like Profession, Job Title, Field of work etc.
