Title Tags extension will allow you to add status tags like 'New','Exclusive', 'Featured', 'Hot' etc., to content titles.

The Extension package comes with a Ajax based Component to assign tags to content, a mambot (plugin) to parse the tags in the front end & a modified Latest News module & Popular Module that can be used to show latest items with the tags.
