Its Saturday afternoon & we are having JUG Pune's Pizza & Bugs at the Techjoomla offices. We have 22+ people on board for helping the JUG Pune team. Lots of guys from the Tekdi & Techjoomla team have also decided to dive in !

Wrapping it up !

At the end of the day, it was a learning experience to a lot of the people who had never worked in this way before & getting to know how the SVN, patches & the tracker works was a big thing in itself. We managed to get some issues tested & also some Documentation articles were written. Not too bad !

Thanks to the Volunteers Bhagyashree, Dipti, Sham & Vishnu in Helping get everything organized. Plus a big thanks to everyone that contributed. Some of the work we got done is as below..

The Google+ Joomla Challenge !

google plus logoYesterday morning i got an email from Google regarding the release of their new but restricted Google+ developer API. We immediately decided to hold a Google+ Joomal Developer challenge today for all those who had spare time on their hands..  The Goal - Use the full day to build whatever extensions they could with the Google+ API for Joomla..

Turned out we had only 1 person to put in a full day & another one to put in half a days time.. We hope things go well & we have a couple of Google+Joomla Products by the end of the day !
